Delivery Methods:

Order Tracking:
When you purchase from our website, we can confidently assure that your shipment will be sent promptly and arrive secure and intact to your door. You can track your shippment trhough the tracking system provided as well as contact our customer service via email.

Shipping Problems:
If an International order is received damaged, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by Youthenjoy.com. If the item is received damaged, please contact Youthenjoy.com within 7 business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it.

Lost Package Policy:
When the goods you acquired was lost during the delivery, it is required to wait for 30 days-we will try to track down the package way. In case we do not find the package during the mentioned period, we will send you a new one again.
